He was Instrumental in building and Servicing businesses for his stakeholders in TWS Holdings Inc, Spanco Tele systems & Solutions, Intelenet- Serco and ICICI Group.
His current expertise is in CXO, Global Search & growth hacking across Industries. He is a patron Management Consultant for over 20 management colleges & Training Institutes in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune & Karnataka. He is a management graduate from a premier Institute and also backs certifications in LIII, AIII, FIII, CIS from Insurance Institute of India.
He currently spear heads Mumbai Rozgaar Private Limited and its brands : Abhyaasa Institute of Talent Transformation (AITT) & Alan Cyril – Our CXO & Global Search arm. His aspiration currently is to be the most preferred Partner for HR Recruitments, Learning & Development & BDO Services.

Vaishali is a globally certified Transformation Coach. She is a versatile professional with more than 19yrs+ Experience in Sales, Training & Operations. She has built her niche expertise in Organisation development programmes to develop every resource to perform to its peak in the company.
She has added great value in building & managing brands like: Taj Group (TATA), HDFC Group, TWS Holdings Inc, Accenture, Reliance Group, Kotak Group and Vcustomer India.
She is currently working on building her own brand– Abhyaasa Institute of Talent Transformation (AITT). Her unique concept of ‘Unleashing the Genie within’ has helped transform the behaviour, performance, perspective of employees, management from various organisations. By promoting this brand, she is working to transform 1 million people in the coming 5years.
